Weekly goal sheet

Part of your mentoring may involve encouraging your mentee to think about setting some short-term goals. It isn't something which you will necessarily be able to do until you have developed a good relationship but it is something you should bear in mind each week. The idea is that your mentee starts to think about planning for the future and trying to improve themselves little by little, week by week. When they are ready you might want to try to persuade them by agreeing to set yourself some goals each week! Try it!

Adobe reader If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader software on your system you can download the software free by clicking on the logo on the left. It is a large file (about 28 Mb) so if you do not have a broadband or other high speed connection it may take some time to download. You can use the software to view other .pdf files as well as those above.
